We are looking for a receptionist to join our Eltham practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all clients. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming clients to the clinic, supporting our team of four psychologists as well as general administration duties.  We are a private practice providing mental health services to adult clients.



  • Thursday & Friday 9:30am – 3:30pm.

  • Capacity to cover other shifts an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.

  • Collecting & entering patient details into the database.

  • Scheduling appointments and taking payments.

  • Answering telephone calls & enquiries.

  • Administration support and other ad hoc duties.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience in allied health an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.

  • Detail-orientated.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.

  • Knowledge of Cliniko or similar practice management software is an advantage.

  • Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.

  • Neat and professional presentation.

  • Passionate about mental health and making a difference.

  • A warm, calm approach.
