+ Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)

This innovative therapy was only developed in the 1980s but has proven to be beneficial in helping people whose emotional issues can be traced to an unprocessed traumatic event, situation or loss.

These disturbing life experiences can range from exposure to violence to traumatic accidents, from the loss of a loved one to other forms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

EMDR helps people heal from the symptoms and distress that can result from these experiences.
