A schema is a pattern of thought and behaviour. It's about the way we see the world, how we react to those around us and how we develop our own strategies or behaviours for coping with or perhaps avoiding the emotional, mental or even physical sensations different schema may cause.

 

Schema Therapy combines the best aspects of cognitive behavioural, experiential, interpersonal and psychoanalytic therapies to provide an integrated approach to understanding and addressing your schema.
